Amazing experience from start to finish. Sue was knowledgeable and didnt push anything onto us that we weren't already expecting. The selection beats anything in the general area. Nothing but good things to say for 1st time travel trailer buyers.

We drove 4 hours to buy our venture stratus 281vbh! There are not many around! Sue was wonderful to work with. My husband had some health issues while we were in the process of making a deal and Sue was very sweet and understanding. We came to pick it up on a Thursday which is actually Sue's day off and she stopped in to officially meet us! We also briefly spoke and worked with David Casino (I believe he's the manager) very nice guy as well. They were having a customer appreciation cook out on the day we were there so we also enjoyed the free food for our long drive home! The kids are ready to go camping!

The whole experience was very nice. We had gone there for a specific RV but it turned out to get sold just minutes before we arrived. The sales representative Ross took our information and We saw a few units. We found one we liked. During the negotiations Ross was patient and knowledgeable. We had specific requests and He took time to explain things, provide measurements and we never felt pressured. Even when the manger came by he wasn't pushing and did not try to take over. We left that day and a week later purchased the unit. They also gave us a fair amount for our trade. When we went to pick up the unit we literally received the red carpet treatment. The tech Terry walked us thru and answered all our questions and took his time. The sales rep Ross was also there to help with any additional questions. We also had another tech walk us thru the hook up as it's our first 5th wheel. He was also patient with us. I know I'm missing some names but the whole team was great even the finance was easy. Thank you all for a great experience.

We had a great experience at the Camper and RV show in Rosemont when we came across a beautiful Sienna by Venture RV trailer. Jake with Campers Inn RV of Naperville was extremely knowledgeable and helped us make her our own. It was a great experience. We have been back to Campers Inn RV a few times since then, and their customer service across the board is top-notch. We even took a class about trailer safety a week ago. We are happy campers! 🤩

What a pleasure! Sue Thorpe was so great to work with. No high pressure sales, just patiently answered our millions of questions. The finance manager Noah was great too. Seamless process that didn't take too long at all. Finally, Tony walked us through all the ins and outs of our new Airstream and was so great at explaining everything. We had an amazing experience with Campers Inn. Thanks everyone!
